Defects, short shipments and “the wrong shade” are cheaper to catch in China than at your warehouse a month later. Every batch that passes through our warehouses in China is counted and examined, and on request we spot-check function, measurements and configuration. For large orders we inspect at the factory before dispatch.

We count everything and examine everything visually. Function and measurements are spot-checked — the sample size is agreed with you depending on the product and batch.
Yes. Give the seller the address of the nearest of our warehouses — Foshan, Guangzhou, Yiwu or Khorgos; a manager will tell you which — and we'll receive the goods, check them against your checklist and send a report.
That's why we inspect before dispatch and send photos. If you insured the cargo (2% of its value), damage in transit is compensated.
